Cannabis Insider Hub Research collected feedback from verified adult consumers who personally visited licensed cannabis dispensaries throughout New Jersey.

The 2026 New Jersey Cannabis Consumer Survey is designed to better understand customer experiences across qualifying dispensaries, including overall experience, staff knowledge and helpfulness, product selection, store atmosphere, value, ease of shopping and likelihood to recommend.

Eligibility

Who Can Participate?

You may participate if you:

  • Are 21 years of age or older

  • Have visited a licensed New Jersey adult-use cannabis dispensary within the past 12 months

  • Have personally visited at least one qualifying dispensary located within the study's defined New Jersey geographic area

Participants should only evaluate dispensaries they have personally visited.

How Are Dispensaries Selected?

    The eligible comparison set is based on licensed personal-use cannabis retailers within the study's defined New Jersey counties (currently 6 businesses across the Somerset County area).

  2. 2

    Cannabis Insider Hub Research uses current New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission licensing information and verifies the study list before fielding begins.

  3. 3

    The final comparison set is frozen when the survey launches so that businesses are not selectively added or removed after results begin to develop.

  4. 4

    A business must be licensed as a retailer and confirmed as an operating adult-use retail location before it is included in the final survey comparison set.

How We Protect Survey Integrity

Cannabis Insider Hub Research uses predetermined eligibility, scoring and analysis rules so that survey findings are not changed to favor a particular business.
